The directory is built and maintained by Kerubin Capital and supported by Investing in Women, an initiative of the Australian Government's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade focused on gender-lens investment in Southeast Asia. Kerubin Capital also works closely with the Manila Angel Investors Network (MAIN) to connect women-led startups with angel investors and co-investment partners.
Submissions are open year-round. Each listing is reviewed against public sources before it is approved.
Listings are reviewed on a quarterly cycle. Inactive organizations can be flagged or removed, and out-of-date information is corrected where possible.
The directory is free to use and free to be listed in.
Kerubin Capital was founded in 2021 with support from Investing in Women and the Manila Angel Investors Network (MAIN). Its mission is to fund and develop early-stage, women-led companies in the Philippines through investment, mentorship, and strategic connections. The GLI Map is one of its tools for making the gender lens investing landscape more visible and navigable.
