What the GLI Map is

A public directory of investors, accelerators, startups, and policy bodies shaping the market for women-led businesses in the Philippines.

What we mean by gender lens investing

Gender lens investing means making deliberate decisions about how capital affects women through who leads a business, who works there, or who the product serves.

We use 2X Criteria as a reference point when assessing whether an organization demonstrates an intentional gender lens.

What's on the map

Investors and funds

Venture capital, angel networks, impact funds, DFIs, family offices, foundations, and corporate venture arms with an active Philippine mandate or portfolio.

Startups and SMEs

Women-led companies, women-focused product businesses, and social enterprises operating in the Philippines.

Accelerators and intermediaries

Accelerators, incubators, hubs, academic institutions, NGOs, and industry groups supporting women founders.

Policy and regulatory bodies

National agencies, regulators, local government units, and multilateral bodies that shape the operating environment.

Invest

Kerubin sources, screens, and co-invests in high-potential women-led startups through angel investors, VC funds, and corporate partners.

Connect

Female founders are linked with industry leaders, mentors, and partners across the Philippine startup ecosystem.

Build

Kerubin grows the case for gender-lens investing by demonstrating its financial and social returns, and by expanding the number of female investors.

Who is behind it

The directory is built and maintained by Kerubin Capital and supported by Investing in Women, an initiative of the Australian Government's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade focused on gender-lens investment in Southeast Asia. Kerubin Capital also works closely with the Manila Angel Investors Network (MAIN) to connect women-led startups with angel investors and co-investment partners.

How we maintain it

Submissions are open year-round. Each listing is reviewed against public sources before it is approved.

Listings are reviewed on a quarterly cycle. Inactive organizations can be flagged or removed, and out-of-date information is corrected where possible.

The directory is free to use and free to be listed in.
